Mindful breathing

I breathe in and know that I breathe in. 
I exhale and know that I exhale. 
When my inhalation deepens, my exhale slows. 
Inhaling, I calm my body. Exhaling, I feel relaxed.
 I inhale, smiling. Exhaling, I leave going on. 
Lingering at the present moment, I know, this is a wonderful moment.
